Clinical supervision is not therapy, but it can be therapeutic—and embracing this, rather than avoiding it, benefits the supervisee’s growth, increases ethical and relational competencies, and improves their clients' success in therapy. In this highly experiential, interactive three-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore your own relational associations with the supervision process, as well as learn concrete strategies and processes for offering solid clinical supervision. Drawing from developmental approaches, attachment theory, and feminist/Relational-Cultural Theory lineages, Rainer will support attendees in honing their attachment-based, trauma-informed supervision skills.
