More Speech Panel Featured on Carbondale NPR Station
"More Speech: A Conversation about the First Amendment," was featured on NPR station WSIU Carbondale's radio program InFocus. "More Speech" is a panel discussion examining how the First Amendment impacts art and civic life, freedom of speech and expression, hosted by SAIC in partnership with the American Library Association and Illinois Library Association. The panel will be held at SAIC but will also be available via livestream at locations in central and southern Illinois. Carbondale Public Library Director Diana Brawley-Sussman spoke with WSIU about the upcoming conversation, which takes place on October 1.
