Anders Nereim Shares his Favorite Buildings with Time Out Chicago
SAIC faculty and Graduate Program Chair of Architecture and Interior Architecture Anders Nereim recently shared his list of favorite Chicago buildings with Time Out Chicago. The publication rounded up the city’s foremost architectural experts, including Lynn Osmond, President and CEO of the Chicago Architecture Magazine, and Sarah Herda, Director of the Graham Foundation. The historical Monadnock Building, designed by John Wellborn Root and the world's largest office building when it opened in 1893, takes the top spot in Nereim's list.
In celebration of alum Georgia O’Keeffe: My New Yorks opening current SAIC students were invited to submit artworks inspired by O’keeffe and the city of Chicago.
