Art Institute of Chicago Voted Best Museum by Trip Advisor Users

TripAdvisor's 2014 Travelers' Choice Awards are in and the Art Institute of Chicago takes the crown as the best museum in the world. The Chicago Tribune reported that the award was "determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of reviews for museums worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period." TimeOut Chicago added that an "overwhelming amount of positive reviews of the museum that have been posted by TripAdvisor users, which include more than 5,000 'Excellent' ratings," contributed to the Art Institute's win.
