SAIC's FNewsmagazine Launches Brand New Site
SAIC's FNewsmagazine recently redesigned its website. The student-run publication features content by and for student writers and designers at SAIC, as well for the larger communities at SAIC and in Chicago. In addition to its new design, fnewsmagazine.com now features an events page tailored exclusively for the SAIC community. The page is an aggregate for all events, especially those that cannot be found on SAIC's website or elsewhere on the web. Students, instructors, staff members, and SAIC alumni with an @saic.edu or @artic.edu email, can post their event to inform the community about apartment shows, studio events, performances, interventions, meetings, underground whatevers and more. In celebration of alum Georgia O’Keeffe: My New Yorks opening current SAIC students were invited to submit artworks inspired by O’keeffe and the city of Chicago.
