SAIC's Efforts to Create a Gender-Safe Environment in USA Today
Last month, SAIC's efforts to create a gender-safe environment were recognized by PBS's Religion & Ethics program. These efforts were recently featured by USA Today. The article notes that "a significant number of students identify as transgender" at SAIC, adding that the School's "health plan covers both hormone treatment and gender reassignment surgery."
