Former SAIC Student and Playboy Art Director to Have Exhibition at Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art
DNAinfo Chicago speaks with 90-year-old Art Paul, Creative Director of Playboy for 29 years. Paul will exhibit the paintings and drawings he has worked on since leaving the magazine in 1982. Paul attended SAIC on scholarship until he joined the Air Force in WWII, after which he continued his education at the Institute of Design. Paul, creator of the Playboy rabbit-head, is credited with bringing graphic design to the masses.
