Manhattan’s NeueHouse Hosts Panel Discussion Featuring Alum and Faculty of SAIC
During Frieze New York, artist Paula Crown (MFA 2012) participated in a panel discussion along with SAIC faculty members and artists Michelle Grabner and Jose Lerma. The discussion focused on the art collection of Element 47, which Crown curated in 2012. Crown, who was formerly an investment banker, discussed the benefits of mixing art with commerce, saying, “Art gives us the pause and space to be able to reconnect with our senses and to be.”
