SAIC at Nichols Tower Featured in Local News

New SAIC programming in North Lawndale on the city’s west side was featured in DNAinfo and on WTTW Chicago Tonight and ABC 7 news. On November 17, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and SAIC President Walter Massey cut the ribbon at Nichols Tower, the site of SAIC’s first permanent off-campus classroom.

Dr. Massey was quoted in DNAinfo as saying, "As the oldest art and design college in the city, [SAIC] has a long history of civic engagement and connecting our students, faculty, staff and alumni to the diverse communities in and around Chicago."
