Bio

Art has always been a part of who I am. I began my professional career after graduating from College for Creative Studies in Detroit, as a photographer and sign painter, transitioning over time into more of a graphic designer. I enjoy solving problems visually and working with color and strong layout. I believe typography is an important element to always keep in mind while designing. Bouncing around in so many various artistic skills keeps life fun and busy!

Recent big company clients I have worked with include Whole Foods Market, The Goddess and Grocer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and White Claw. I balance out the large companies with small local breweries, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.

After 7 years living in Chicago, I finally decided it was time to move back home to Detroit, Michigan and reconnect with the art scene where I first started my journey.

Personal Statement

As a creative, it is always important to always strive for more and continuously learn new skills. I believe the best way to learn a new skill is to experiment in multiple different fields. Don't be afraid to try something new, and if you don't like your results at first, grab a clean sheet of paper and start it all over again.
