Bio
Surjan (they/them) is Founding Chair at C_UP. Surjan has taught at nine universities, including SCI-Arc, UCLA, Virginia Tech, etc. Surjan received their Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University. Surjan's work is focused on world building as a methodology for the production of Genderqueer Architecture.

Genderqueer Architecture means the work/designs are for no typical users, but one can engage from whatever identity you come from without feeling excluded.
