Bio
Jiyoung Moon graduated with a B.S. from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and M.S. from University of California, Berkeley. In addition to teaching, Jiyoung has been a project structural engineer at Thornton Tomasetti and a structural engineer with Cordogan Clark and Associates, an architectural/engineering firm in Chicago. She has been involved in many complex and detailed building projects throughout her 20-year tenure. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Structural Engineer (S.E.) in Illinois and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
