I am a psychotherapist and film/media studies scholar. I practice from a psychodynamic perspective. I work with all ages with a focus on children. My psychological research interests include screen perception (structure, dynamics, developmental impact, etc.), the internal dynamics of perception and apperception, the structure and function of the mind's eye, and the psychology of consensus reality. My film research interests include apparatus theory (as a historical and contemporary theory of visual culture perception), the form and psychology of Kubrick, art psychology (the dynamics and structure of "art" subjectivity).
