Vietnam War Film Series Curated by Nora Annesley Taylor Featured on WBEZ
Alsdorf Professor of South and Southeast Asian Art History Nora Annesley Taylor (Art History, Theory, and Criticism) was recently interviewed by Chicago-based radio station WBEZ. The interview focuses on Taylor's deep knowledge of the Vietnam War and the series of Vietnam War films Taylor has curated to be shown at the Gene Siskel Film Center. The carefully selected collection is titled Apocalypse Then: The Vietnam War On Film and focuses on post-war issues and colonialism. The series which started on January 27 will run through May 8.
