SAIC Welcomes 13 New Full-Time Faculty Members

The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) is pleased to welcome 13 new full-time faculty members who are joining the School this fall. The new faculty members represent a diverse range of practices, media, and methodologies and exemplify SAIC’s focus on interdisciplinary studies.

Among the new full-time faculty is Dawn Gavin, the inaugural Smith-Buonanno Family Director of Contemporary Practices, and 12 more tenure-track faculty new to SAIC. In total, the director and new faculty will teach courses in 10 departments.
