Michelle Grabner to Curate Upcoming Issue of New American Paintings
New American Paintings recently named Michelle Grabner, Chair of SAIC's Painting and Drawing department, a curator for the magazine's upcoming exhibit-in-print series. Calling her work at the 2014 Whitney Biennial "the show’s highlight," the magazine will have Grabner curate the February 2015 issue.
In celebration of alum Georgia O’Keeffe: My New Yorks opening current SAIC students were invited to submit artworks inspired by O’keeffe and the city of Chicago.
