SAIC Alum Featured in Popular Mechanics' “13 Brilliant Makers and Innovators You Need to Know Now”
Popular Mechanics named Greta de Parry (BFA 2007) one of the “13 Brilliant Makers and Innovators You Need to Know Now." De Parry discusses the importance of embracing accidents as a sculptor and woodworker. Her popular Coleman Stool was inspired by a project she worked on after graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. “To me it’s the context and process that matters so much,” she says.
