SAIC Alum’s Textile Company Featured in Local Wolves Magazine

Rachel Snack (BFA 2013), founder and creative director of Weaver House Co. is featured in Local Wolves Magazine. Snack describes her experience taking Intro to Fiber at SAIC as what inspired her love for creating textiles, saying she had originally planned on studying painting and art education. For Weaver House Co., Snack not only pursues her own designs but also restores vintage textiles and offers services for custom-made pieces.

Weaver House Co. is currently web-based, with a strong Instagram presence, but you can find them participating in Brooklyn’s Renegade Craft Fair June 27.
