Wall Street Journal Reviews Ray Yoshida: Mystery and Wit
The exhibition, Ray Yoshida: Mystery and Wit, was discussed in a fine art round-up in the Wall Street Journal recently. Artist and writer Peter Plagens discusses his experience with the revered artist during a critique at SAIC and says of the exhibition, "The drawings have held up very well physically and, more important, so has Mr. Yoshida’s aesthetic, a refreshingly intelligent, solid and quietly poetic brand of weirdness."
The exhibition is on display at the David Nolan Gallery in New York through January 30.
