PAPER Magazine Features Fashion Designs by SAIC's Mady Berry
PAPER magazine recently featured work from Mady Berry (BFA 2016) in a story titled, “Trends with Benefits: Why are Cacti Everywhere in Fashion Right Now?” Berry’s designs were inspired by a summer trip through Arizona, and her mother’s cactus dress from college. Berry says she chose the cactus as a design, “because it thrives in extreme environments.” Other designers mentioned who have jumped aboard the cactus train, include Kenzo, Dolce & Gabbana, and London-based designer Digby Jackson.
