Miiko Shan He (MDDO 2017) featured on Core77

Miiko Shan He's work, Cumulus Center, was recently featured on Core77.  Cumulus Center is a playful take on the sperm bank that provides commentary on the contemporary issue of the objectification of women as reproductive tools.  In her work, Miiko utilizes design to encourage her audience to think critically about social issues.

She writes, "By employing humor and satire, I intend to redirect the objectification of women as reproductive tools by highlighting the notion that women should have full reproductive freedom."
