Elisabeth Logman (SAIC ’06) is part of the restoration and preservation team at Henry Frerk Sons, a longtime Chicago building materials supplier. In this role, she works on custom mortar, stucco, and aggregate blends to replicate historic masonry materials. She also supports restoration projects with archival research and documentation, and she helps coordinate and program Henry Frerk Sons’ masonry restoration education program. She has also used her preservation experience as a volunteer for the Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio, and as a member of the Junior League of Chicago she initiated restoration planning that included a Historic Structures Report and HABS documentation that was performed by students from the School of the Art Institute. She is also an active member of Women in Restoration and Engineering (WiRE).
