The Wallpaper* USA 400 honors key figures shaping America’s creative landscape in 2024. From design business leaders to tastemakers and community builders, here are 11 standout Chicago creatives and School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) community members featured:

Board of Governors member Holly Hunt, founder of House of Hunt, is noted for her impact on both major furniture brands and emerging designers. Jeannie Gang (HON 2013), architect and founder of Studio Gang, is recognized for her work on the American Museum of Natural History extension. Stephanie and Bill Sick Professor of Fashion, Body and Garment Nick Cave, Jeffrey Gibson (BFA 1995), and Jeff Koons (SAIC 1975–76) are celebrated as legends.
