7 Degrees Gallery

From the Fall 2018 class of Designed Objects 4: "The title of our exhibition 7 Degrees is a play on six degrees of separation, the idea that every person is linked to every other person on the planet by six or less connections. The work included in this exhibition developed from a starting point of thinking about families, both in terms of groupings of objects and human relationships. After a rigorous process of iteration, the final objects presented here are about making connections and bringing people together, over a meal, around a game, or simply to lounge."
